I can't log in!
(Note: if this is the first time you are trying to login in awhile, this article may be helpful.)
Two possible reasons you can't login:
- Incorrect username.
- Incorrect password.
1. If you don't remember your username:
Visit the login page and click "Forgot Username or Password?"; then enter the e-mail address associated with your account. From there you will get an e-mail that includes a list of all usernames associated with that email address.
2. If you don't remember your password:
Visit the login page and click "Forgot Username or Password?"; then enter your Username or e-mail address associated with your account and a password reset link will be sent to your e-mail address. Follow the instructions in that email.
3. If you have multiple usernames associated with a single email address:
Go to #1 above if you haven't already.
See the email that's sent to you, which will list all the usernames you have.
Choose the username for which you want to reset the password, and go to #2 above and enter that username into the lost password form.
Follow the instructions in the email that's sent to you to reset your password for that particular username!
